As IDEA practitioners, DEI champions, and HR professionals, we are navigating a period of significant change. Longstanding assumptions are being challenged, organizational priorities are shifting, and the work of inclusion requires renewed focus, adaptability, and resolve.

In moments like this, connection matters. Perspective matters. And learning from one another matters.

We created the Community Call series to bring together people engaged in IDEA work who want space to reflect, share insights, and think collectively about visibly and quietly sustaining impact. We are continuing the series in 2026 with our newest partner, Annemarie Shrouder. These calls are designed to foster thoughtful conversation, mutual support, and practical clarity as we move into a new chapter for the field.
