Certificate Programs
Our Certificate Programs offer advanced learning for IDEA practitioners who want to deepen their skills. These live, virtual courses are taught by subject matter experts and are designed to be highly interactive, practical and directly applicable to your work. Each program takes place over multiple weeks, giving you time to reflect, engage and build real capability.
Participants receive a certificate of completion, and all programs are included in your paid IDEA Content subscription.

Measuring IDEA: From Data to Decisions
The IDEA Measurement Certificate helps practitioners move beyond good intentions to credible evidence. Participants learn how to measure inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility in ways that reflect real experience, inform decisions, and demonstrate impact. The focus is on practical frameworks and indicators that support accountability, not performative metrics.

Practicing Gender Inclusion
The Practicing Gender Inclusion Certificate is designed to help participants build practical, real-world competence in engaging gender-diverse people with respect and confidence. Moving beyond definitions and terminology, the program explores how gender shows up in everyday interactions, systems, and decisions, and what inclusive practice actually looks like in those moments. Through facilitated learning, applied examples, and case-based discussion, participants strengthen their ability to navigate gender-related situations thoughtfully, reduce harm such as misgendering, and contribute to environments where gender-diverse people can participate fully and safely.
